So my last few journals have been kinda woe-is-me, but now things are finally starting to get a lot better for me.

I fixed my tablet driver error by completely removing the driver I had and installing a new one. Prior to that, i wasn't deleting the old one first. Yay slow tech moment. ^_^; But now my tablet is doing what it should, so the arting can go on!

I also finished my college applications, at least, everything I could finish on my end. I'm now at the mercy of the school mailing out my transcripts and my SAT scores getting there on time. I've been told though that while I feel I'm really behind in applications, I'm really still ahead of a lot of people, so I feel a little better about it. Now I'm just hoping I can get accepted to the schools I've applied to, and that I get enough financial aid to go to one of them. But, that's nothing in my power, so I've decided not to worry about it.

Also, I just recently got my first Straight-A report card since my sophomore year of high school, where things were literally just crap for me and things went downhill from there. This makes me feel that, although I hate spending whole days after school and on weekends doing homework, that it's worth it.

So, assuming homework gets a little less chaotic, I have time to work on art again. I still have one piece of art I really want to have done before Christmas for a gift. I looked at the line art I had the other day, and kind of panicked because I wasn't sure I liked it as much as before or if it was good enough to give as a gift. But I think I'm gonna ask a few people to critique what I have so far, and I'll work from there, instead of going crazy as usual, deleting everything, and starting over. XD (If anyone would like to provide constructive criticism while I still have it in the rough line-art stage, let me know. )

Well, that's all for now. Just thought I'd leave a little update for anyone that reads this journal. ^_^
